From the date of purchase for any defects and flaws appearing on products in materials or workmanship, KNP will provide
three-year warranty. If this product is considered defective, KNP will repair or replace the product according to your needs.
Because of damage to decorations, or due to natural disasters, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of any
part of the product, improper operation, improper maintenance and non-professionals repair ,the products are not within
the warranty.
Repairing or replacing the product is the only remedy provided to customers. KNP will not assume any incidental damages,
unless applicable law within range.
Our warranty policy only gives you specific legal rights. Different cities may have their own relevant laws, and some cities do
not accept our limited warranty regulation of incidental damage caused by our products, or not accept our provision for
product warranty period, so the above provisions may not apply to your city to enjoy prescribed legal rights.

provide sales invoices or receipts valid certificate, and prove that the product is within warranty period, and obtain warranty
