ERP project kicked off successfully

   On November 30, The project which the company took three months meticulously to make --ERP project kicked off successfully. 

It marked that the company's development would  enter a new phase.it will improve the company core competitiveness in aspects 

of cost control, optimize processes, integrated marketing and others,and it will play a positive role in the promoting  and accelerating

 the pace of standardization and modernization of management.

    Company leadership attaches great importance to ERP project, the general manager James Wang personally assume the project leader,

 and selected several key persons and make the  implementation team. In the implementation process, company carries out all-round and 

multi-level advocacy training to enable each operator to have a deeper understanding of the ERP project Through the ERP knowledge 

propaganda, ERP knowledge training and other channels; while the company on one hand by internal project meetings, a variety of effective 

communication mechanisms leadership and coordination meetings ensure the project as planned, orderly and effectively moving forward, 

and on the other hand the corporation strengthens implementation of the project, focuses on implementation details, process optimization 

remodeling,and ensure that the system, data, training, development, etc. are a powerful guarantee. Through six months of efforts, 

the company ERP project formally launched on November 30 .

    The successful launch of ERP project will play more important role in the aspects of improving product quality, shortening billing cycles 

and sharing the information in different department and and take a key step to realize the target of company's management standardization
